Star targets

Stars come from the team score, and a bigger team needs a bigger score. This is the team score each room size needs for one, two and three stars on this map:

How this kitchen plays

• 5 tables: customers sit down and wait for the dish to be brought to them.
• 2 serving windows: walk-up customers order at the counter.
• Shredded pork skin, iced tea, pickles and scallions and herbs only cook while a chef stays at the station, so plan who stands where.
• Up to 5 customers wait at once.
• This map needs at least 2 players in the room to start.
• With 4 dishes on the menu, split the kitchen: one player per station beats everyone chasing every order.
