How this kitchen plays

3 tables: customers sit down and wait for the dish to be brought to them.
A serving window: walk-up customers order at the counter.
2 sinks: plates come back dirty and someone has to wash them before the next dish goes out.
Serving a dirty plate costs the order — the customer leaves and the team loses points.
Rice and iced tea only cook while a chef stays at the station, so plan who stands where.
Up to 10 customers wait at once.
A short menu — a good map to learn the kitchen, and to chase a high score once you know it.
