How this kitchen plays

5 tables: customers sit down and wait for the dish to be brought to them.
Instant noodles, iced tea and mushrooms only cook while a chef stays at the station, so plan who stands where.
Up to 5 customers wait at once.
A short menu — a good map to learn the kitchen, and to chase a high score once you know it.
