How this kitchen plays
- 5 tables: customers sit down and wait for the dish to be brought to them.
- A sink: plates come back dirty and someone has to wash them before the next dish goes out.
- Serving a dirty plate costs the order — the customer leaves and the team loses points.
- Mushrooms, bok choy, instant noodles, shrimp and kimchi only cook while a chef stays at the station, so plan who stands where.
- Up to 3 customers wait at once.
- A short menu — a good map to learn the kitchen, and to chase a high score once you know it.
